Adding or Editing Contact Information
Administrative information plays a key role in the workfile. The program requires you to enter much of this data before you will be able to lock an estimate.
To view or edit contact information
- Open or create a workfile.
- Select the Contacts tab.
- Enter the information in the appropriate fields.
To add a new contact
- From the All Contacts section, select Add > New Contact from the toolbar.
- Select the party type from the Party droplist.
- Select Individual or Company.
- Enter the contact information.
- Click Save or Save and Close.
