Adding or Editing Contact Information

Administrative information plays a key role in the workfile. The program requires you to enter much of this data before you will be able to lock an estimate.

To view or edit contact information

  1. Open or create a workfile.
  2. Select the Contacts tab.
  3. Enter the information in the appropriate fields.

To add a new contact

  1. From the All Contacts section, select Add > New Contact from the toolbar.
  2. Select the party type from the Party droplist.
  3. Select Individual or Company.
  4. Enter the contact information.
  5. Click Save or Save and Close.
